This reminds me of the scene in "The Rock" where the FBI agent yells "I got green smoke! I got green smoke!"

But in this case, it would be white smoke.

It is to trick all those who "could not care less" into showing interest by asking.

I was curious as to the black smoke issue since it was in this thread and not the proceedings in general.
