Black Screen On boot up HELP!

I have a abit (BH-6) with celeron 433. The P/C has been acting up for a few days now. The first time, I was on it for 10 mins and got a black screen . I thought no big deal ......... then used it for 20 mins all was fine. The 2th time went to start it and got bios screen. The CPU settings went to default setting , so it reset the correct setting. It seem to work fine for 2 days, now when I boot up I get a black screen . I dont hear any beeps, and the monitor light is on. Can anyone help me?

Check your battery. How old is motherboard?

Could just be a problem with video or the MoBo itself.

Well, I remove and reinstalled my video card .......... and it seems to be running fine ! Weird

It has been running for 120 hours with no problems : )
