The same tactics that get used in every thread where a left winger is put under the heat lamp, ie mockery, flippant ad homenum attacks, baseless sarcastic jabs, etc, are in full swing here as well. Whether you like it or not, you have to admit that someone's legal citizenship status is an issue if it is in doubt. Very few if any non-leftists have seen Obama's birth certificate and told about it, so to call it a conspiracy theory and mock it outright is just intellectual dishonesty.

A "conspiracy theory" is generally something that cannot be proven, but in this case it can be proven if Obama and Hawaii would just release the appropriate records.

One thing is clear, leftists want Obama and will stop at nothing to prevent this from going anywhere, in the off-chance that the "right wing nutjobs" are right.
I guess we can add "clinging to conspirace theories" along with "clinging to guns and religion"

:)

enjoy your conspiracy theory.

You call them nutbags, but can you chill out for a minute and tell me in a logical, non-sarcastic way why they are so called nutbags?

Because they believe something with no proof to back them up, and substantial evidence to suggest they are wrong...not to mention a lot of evidence to suggest there is no hidden proof out there. Ideology triumphing over reason is not a trait of a rational person.

His father is Kenyan, he has family in Kenya, he has relatives living here in the US illegally, it isn't illogical or irrational to ask what his place of birth was. Granted that it's not unusual for US citizens to have parents not born in the US, but the fact that the (leftist) Hawaii government sealed his records doesn't speak in confidence for Obama being a citizen, whether they sealed them for an innocent reason or not.

The matter of Obama's birth is officially documented by the REAL state of Hawaii, one of the fifty states in the REAL United States of America. Their official documentation is prima facia proof of his date and place of birth in any and every court in the nation up to and including the United States Supreme Court.

GIVE THE FUCK UP! The only thing NOT real is your warped, infantile, desperate grasp at straws to support your wishes to the contrary.

It's illogical because he has said he was born in Hawaii, the state government has said he was born in Hawaii, there are newspapers announcements saying he was born in Hawaii, and he has released the state generated birth certificate showing he was born in Hawaii.

So on one hand we have physical documents, historical archives, and state officials going on record as evidence to the fact he was born in Hawaii. On the other side, there are internet posts, whispered allegations, and anonymous figures making unfounded speculation.

Where's the logic or rational reasoning in believing he wasn't born in Hawaii? Is there one shred of physical evidence? Is there one relevant government official who's gone on the record saying anything to support your case?

And the Hawaiian government didn't seal his records. The Hawaii legislature wrote their medical privacy laws back in 1999, and they went into effect in 2000. This was 5 years before Obama even became a senator that his records, and all Hawaiians had their records sealed.

As long as the question has been asked. I to would like to see that birth record. I mean to me its a no brainer. Show the dam records. Unless there is something to hide I see no reason for this debate. Show the dam records and move on to the next lie that can be debunked. Not showing the record doesn't look good. I have had jobs were I needed to show birth record. I wasn't offended at all.

they did show pictures of it..

It's not irrational at all to ask what his place of birth was. But you got an answer, in fact you got it several times. And the fact that you refuse to believe that answer for no reason is what's irrational.

As much as it is rational to ask where his place of birth was, it is also rational to be suspect of a birth certificate when it isn't the original one.

For the record, I do not "believe" Obama is unqualified by law, given Hawaii's affirmation, but it would not surprise me at all if there was more to it. Consensus doesn't make fact, newspaper regurgitating something doesn't make it true. I've made peace with the fact that Obama will be the next president. While the left is happy to accept the copy of his birth certificate as proof and the leftist hawaii government saying it's real, it's not irrational nor unwarranted for his opposition to ask for the real thing.

Personally I dont' believe Obama has any agenda to subvert the US for some home nation, so this is non-issue for me, but I would be happy as a pig in poo if he could be legally prevented from being president, because I no faith he'll do the right thing for the US while in the white house.

Who gives a rat's ass? You can wonder all you want, but the matter is settled. Either find some hard evidence to controvert it, or find another moon to howl at.

You're right. People have a right to ask questions. It's when they stop thinking logically and continue to ignore all evidence to the contrary that these arguments get out of hand. There is an overwhelming amount of evidence that Obama was born in Hawaii.

It's been mentioned before, but once the liberals put up a flippant wall of sarcasm, it's hard to get anything through. The people want the original record released by Hawaii, not just a copy produced by the leftist government.

Very entertaining thread. For those of us with Tinfoil hats on . I can safely say . Every tinfoil hat wearer has 1 thing in common . More than those who are divided can say . It is this .

Power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely WE all believe that. I believe Obama is a citizen . I also believe That something is real wrong here.

My wife went down and got a copy of our sons birth record . He needed it . Wasn't a problem at all . Under the freedom of information act . I have a right to see and recieve a copy of anyones birth record. That copy better look exactly like the orginal or something is wrong. There does appear to be something wrong here . What I haven't a clue.

But if those records are sealed . Flags should go up all over the place. You can't seal Birth records show precedence.
