Anyone else have this issue. I keep my gutters pretty clean. I must go up on the roof about 4 to 5 times per year and clean them out. However I get a mildew on the outside of the gutters, which makes them look like crap.
This stuff is not easy to remove, tried bleach and power washer, but did not do much.
Can I paint over it?
Is there special paint which could keep this from happening in the future?
Best way to remove it?
