I can't believe you actually believe this. This is 99% the fact it was a white guy who killed a black that has jacked the notoriety of this crime up such that the news is forcing it down our throats. Many have been killed under this new law, not until a black kid was gunned down mercilessly by a white racist (OMG!) did it hit national spotlight so strongly.
The greatest problem for black kids these days is that the MAJORITY of them are actually being raised without a father (around 70% born out of wedlock, and most of these couples don't stay together), something unique to that race, numbers far worse than asians, whites, latinos. It wreaks predictable havoc on their upbringing and sets them up for failure, which they then project to their kids--not directly of course, but by proxy, since they'll probably not be around for their kids, either. The family unit is completely broken in most black communities.
