Meritline has "free" inkjet cartridges for the cost of shipping, $4.95. They've also got a coupon for 5% off on their main page, bringing your total to $4.70.
They've also got OK prices on their non-free cartridges, for example $7 for Epson-compatible colors, and $4.25 for black, plus shipping. And I've bought some of their $6.95/100 CD labels (although they were $10 for 200 when I got them). Shipping is fairly reasonable, I think I paid $6 to ship 400 labels and a half-dozen carts last time.
I've used their carts before. I've had to be careful about making sure the rubber opening was clean and completely remove the foil rather than just punching through on a couple of the color carts I've used, but they've all worked fine beyond that, print the same as the OEM carts, and last just about as long, as far as I can tell.
Resellerratings only gives them a 4.4, but there's only 6 ratings on there. I've placed a couple orders there for carts and labels, but I haven't bought anything big from them or had to return anything, so I don't know about that part of their business.
