I am FINALLY getting the chance to set up my P4 3.0 800 FSB watercooling rig to cool the CPU and the NB. I'm setting it up in a Thermaltake Xaser III case. My question has to do with the rad and fans. I currently have the Black Ice Xtreme II and I have 4 120mm panaflo fans. I don't have any shrouds yet, but I plan on making them from a site I saw that gave a good description on making them copper fan shroud. My question is, if I use all 4 of the 120's for a push-pull scenario, do I need to put shrouds on both sides? It seens logical to do, but I have neve done this before so don't know how much it will affect the temperatures. The rad is outside the case, so making it fit inside in not a concern.

I have a Black Ice extreme and made two custom shrouds for it. I also used 2 120mm fans for a 'push-pull' type of set-up. I did some home work and the shroud will improve air flow over the motor portion of the fans. If you want to see how mine turned out, email me @ stevennoland0146@msn.com , and I'll email you some pics.
