Black Ice Extreme II with 120mm fans question

I've been working on a watercooled rig for awhile now, it's been going slow for lack of a place to really work in the house. However, I just got possesion of the spare bedroom away from my wife and now it is my computer/den work room...muwahhhhh...I'm sure I will pay the price..anyway, I have a Black Ice Extreme 2 rad and 4 120mm fnas for it. The problem is that there are two different sets of 120's and one set has a higher air flow than the other. Should I make the higher airflow set the set that PULLS or PUSHES the air through the rad? Does it even make a difference? Opinions Folks?
