I was going to buy two of the 500gb EVO's but instead bought the 1TB version. I know the two 500GB drives would have only cost $280 and the 1TB was $350, but I wanted one drive and didn't want to mess with raiding them or putting the OS on one and having to install games on the other one and blah blah.
Am I stupid for paying more for the same storage space? I feel a little stupid but I'm keeping the drive anyway. At any rate, $350 is still not bad for a 1TB SSD. I remember paying $500 for my old 256GB OCZ Vertex 2, which still works just fine. I'll be using the new drive to finally install windows 10 and I probably won't do anything else until Skylake-E finally drops.

1TB is a good way, keep it. RAID got all kinds of issues on its own that people forget.

But good cheap deals for Canadians. Now I have seen this too!
