It's not quite Black Friday, but Best Buy has the 65" Vizio P Series (4K) for $1499 until the 26th.

Amazon and Costco have the 70" for $1999.

Costco also has the Vizio 80" 1080p Smart LED HDTV (M801i-A3) for $1999.

Very tempted to jump on the 65" @ Best Buy though (and get warranty from SquareTrade). Edit: The 65" has some pretty negative reviews from what I've seen.

I could swear that I saw a commercial during the Denver game for a 50" television for $200+ at Walmart, with a one hour guarantee of availability.

Were most TVs available online Thursday morning last year? Did they go super fast? Looking to nab a 55" without heading out.

I just bought the Samsung 55" 4K 3D tv from bestbuy for $1500. Looks like amazon, etc all had it for the same price.

Westinghouse 48" 1080p LED - $235.00 Early Bird

available to buy online from target. With a red card it's 5% cheaper... About 220 bucks.

Plus you get 90 day return in case it dies, or you just hate it.

Read some consumer reports that the picture was good for HD. But the speakers sound sucks. Sound doesn't even bother me since I just use the panel as a computer screen and i have my own 2 channel custom t-amp for sound. I guess it's worth it to try. my 46" TV is probably on it's last legs. I'm thinking this or 50" samsung from Amazon shipped for 470... Is the samsung that much better?

Going to order the 55" Panasonic 120Hz LED (TC-55AS530U) from Best Buy as soon as the website is fully functional.

It will replace my aging 50" Samsung plasma that has served me well for 5 years.

Not really interested in 4k at this point - been looking for some of last year's best tv's if any up for sale

Sony 55W900a
Samsung F8000 LED
Samsung F8500 plasma

Any leads on reasonable prices?

Due to the 199 Best Buy 50", and the one hour guarantee 50" at Walmart, I wonder if the other decent deals for better tv's will be popular.

Thanks for this major effort. I'll be replacing a lot of A/V gear next next year and will hope to find your list again then.
