Aside from a few HD deals and maybe some cheap DVD's... I think for the most part this year's BF deal sucks ass... I was lookin forward for a lotta hot deals on stuff (and especially the Apex dvd + tv were just rumors) but nothing extremely hot....

wut do u guys think?
 
my wife only found a few deals she wants. but we don't have that much $ to spend anyway, so ...

Yup. Only going to Target to see if I can save $60 on a gift for a friend. Wouldn't be going out at all if it wasn't for this gift. Hopefully it'll come through.
 
Yeah this year is worthless. Several years ago before the recession there were some amazing deals, but no more.
 
yeah, i was a little bummed about this year too.

I was really hoping for a stellar PSTwo deal, but there's nothing special.
My grabs this year are gonna be:

Leather Exective Chair $20
Family Guy Season 1 and 2 for 17.99
and maybe 1 or 2 of those Free AR deals from OfficeMax.
 
I'm happy that the deals suck this year. Now I don't have to feel like I"m missing anything when I don't go shopping.
 
I'm thinking about the 25" TV for $70 at Frys, but I got a feeling that there are people waiting for it. As much fun as it sounds to drink coffee from a thermos, eat doughnuts, and piss behind a dumpster in the Fry's parking lot while waiting for the store to open, I rather stay home.
 
I'm kinda glad...last year on BF I wasn't working, so I had all the time in the world to go wait in line and sleep afterwards...but this year, I have to work from 9AM-10PM, then 10-7 on Saturday and 12-5 on Sunday. yay!

I'll be at CC for some DVDs, hopefully a router and card and an UPS...but I just plan on leaving the house around 7 and hoping for the best.
 
I just went to Blockbuster and on the way home, checked out BestBuy to see if there are any people in line. There already 3 people waitin in their cars.

Same here, just drove home from the big dinner and couldn't believe there are already people waiting. Good luck to them.
