Black delta fan wire, plz help

If you want to monitor the fans RPM and use a 3 to 4 pin adapter, just plug your positive and negative lead to the 4 pin adapter, cut and attach the blue lead to the correct lead on a 3 pin connector. Then just plug the 3 pin connector into the fan header on the mobo that supports RPM monitoring.
