10 year old black kid victim of a racial slur on the school playground. Parents complain so what does the school do? Expel the black child. Too heartbreaking to complain anymore. We have regressed back to the early 60s and are moving backwards.

From the father of the boy expelled because he reported another student called him the n-word.

Mike Phillips told The Oregonian: "You're calling the cops on me and kicking out my son because of what he heard? My family is the victim in this. There is no cross you can hide behind."
