Black Blank Screen aftr Win2k startup

Hi,
I was having a prob before where my Win2k was giving me an Inaccessable drive error, I fixed this by using the CD repair, but now whenever I try to get into Win2k it gives me a blank black screen

Im running an 1ghz Athlon on A7v133

By CD repair do you mean the command console? You should boot from the setup CD and enter command console.
Then run chkdsk c: /p assuming c: is your W2K drive. to look for bad sectors as well run chkdsk c: /r ( this will aslo include the repair damaged files option /p).
