Black Blank Screen aftr Win2k startup

Hi,
I was having a prob before where my Win2k was giving me an Inaccessable drive error, I fixed this by using the CD repair, but now whenever I try to get into Win2k it gives me a blank black screen 🙁

Im running an 1ghz Athlon on A7v133
 
By CD repair do you mean the command console? You should boot from the setup CD and enter command console.
Then run chkdsk c: /p assuming c: is your W2K drive. to look for bad sectors as well run chkdsk c: /r ( this will aslo include the repair damaged files option /p).
