I wonder if this whole Jersey Shore abs fad thing is going to make people start eating healthier.

I don't think they eat healthy, the 2 episodes I saw they were eating like crazy, chain smoking and binge drinking. A Guidos key to abs are doing like a billion push ups a day and protein shakes.
