This is a strange one:

suddenly (started today) pressing Ctrl + Enter doesn't automatically fill in the "www." and the ".com" in Internet Explorer.

This ever happen to anyone else?

I was trying to figure this out once myself.... I pm'd Lord Evermore, his reply:

I think autocomplete has to be enabled. Yeah, I just checked. The "use inline autocomplete" option has to be enabled on the advanced properties. Even if the autocomplete settings are turned off in the content tab that option will make it work (in fact so will the other way, only if both are off will it be disabled).
