Bizarre Logitech G11 problem

I've had this keyboard for around 3 years now, and it still works great... except for one issue that cropped up in the last month or so. The keyboard works fine in the BIOS, but once Windows starts I have to wait several minutes before it registers a keypress. I attached a PS/2 keyboard to my machine just so I could enter my password. After a few minutes pass it works fine. Anyone have any ideas? I'm totally stumped 😕
