Bittorrent question, why am I uploading when I am downloading?

yes if you stop the download you only have to click the original link and the file will resume. All you need to do as far as the bandwith is back it off of your upload max. I can only upload at about 20-22K here, and my download maxes out at 150. if i start a download and am uploading at around 20k then my download will come in at like 10k a second. I back my upload off to 10k a second and I download at 150k
