Bittorrent Newb...

I just finally got cable internet hooked up and wanted to set up bittorrent. I dl'ed azureus but when I go to test port 6881 I get a NAT error. I'm guessing that I need to open that port but how do I do it? I've searched the forums but can't find the answer. I'm using the free version of ZoneAlarm as my firewall.

I tried it again later and this time it tested ok. I don't think I changed anything, so I'm not sure what the problem was.
