Bittersweet Symphony

My favorite song ever 🙂

Sonnet and Lucky Man on the same album are also great.

Gotta say though, other than those songs I don't really care much for The Verve's music. Most of it is really..really..trippy.

Great song!

whenever I think of bittersweet symphony it makes me think of

Bush - Glycerine

probably cause i started listening to both of those songs at the same time...

^^

verve pipe - the freshmen goes well with the song as well

Good song at the time of release but doesn't have any specific qualities to make me listen to it now.

I still really like the song. Unfortunately, because they used a Rolling Stones sample, they had to give all of their earnings from the song (a big hit in the UK, IIRC) to the guy who owned the rights (Oldham?).

I love it too. There was a week where I played it for 8 hours over and over every day. By the end of the week, I think it was really getting to me though. 😛
