Where can you find a bit rate converter. I need to change the bit rate on some of my mp3s to put them on to my mp3 player. Any help would be good. Thanks in advance.
I don't know if this is the easiest way to do it, but it's the first thing that came to my mind. Decompress the mp3's to wav using winamp or some other program. Then recompress them in a different bit rate.
I don't know if there's a lossless converter, but with Deceiver's method, you will be losing even more sound information/quality. You're better off compressing a standard 16bit/44KHz audio stream all over again.
