I'm fully aware of this. The weight loss is as much for my emotional well being as physical. I do plan on adding weights into the mix once I've lost more weight. However my main goal first is to start looking better. Skinny fat may not be any healthier but it certainly looks better than fat fat and is still a boost to your confidence. Thanks for the link but I'm sure I don't have the cash for that. I'll go through my family doctor to get a referral. These things are less ill conceived than you think.

Just read the thread, the repercussions of not eating enough foot and being on the bike or lifting weights can be dire for your health. Also, your physique probably won't change much.

If you lift on a caloric deficit without doing any sort of weights (even if you are lifting weights) you will lose muscle mass, and your body will convert it to fat. Just read the link, seriously.

Thanks. I will. I do plan on adding weights to the mix as I was saying.

What type of job would you recommend I look for. ANYTHING just to give shape to your day and get an income (aka wallmart) because this would be easier to get and grounds me right away. Then work on your schooling. Or something better like the NCIX job I had before. Not that it was a huge difference.
