well, this wednesday is my girls bday. Been together 4yrs
My budget is kinda low...... about $200- $300 so nothing too extravagant.

Things I've bought her already in the past:
Olympus 5MP Digicam
1kt Princess Cut Diamond Ear Rings
Pocket PC

So..... here is what she likes:
Shes gonna be a teacher so anything teacher related she likes
She loves kids
Shes a romantic
She will be 24
Likes lingerie
Loves Italian Food
Clothes aren't that big a deal to her.... she's a t-shirt and jeans kinda girl

Ideas or suggestions?

Hmmm... you can take her to one of those ceramic workshops where you get to paint ceramics.

Or you can hire a chef to teach your gf how to make really good italian food?

Hey thats a great idea.... I live in Houston and in the Rice Village Area they have a shop that does that! She'll love it.... a littly corny for me but its not my bday its hers and whatever makes her happy! :)

WOW!! $200-$300 is a lot of money, atleast thats what I think. How about a MP3 player or something? Check Ebay, lots of good ideas there.

Is this legit? All I do is pay the shipping and I get the item? Sounds like their is a catch. I dont want to sound cheap, but I have a special occasion coming up next month with my girl and I want to spend as little money as possible because I need some roller hockey skates and a new video card! :p

I like the suggestions of the getaway and the cooking lesson. It just depends on what point you are in the relationship and whether she expects something practical or romantic from you. If it's practical, then as a teacher she might appreciate a really nice briefcase.
