Birthday Gift for Girlfriend...

I've got two gifts lined up:

1) Dead Rising for Xbox 360...she saw the demo and loved it...she loves zombie movies.

2) Computer Speakers...nothing fancy, in the $50.00 region. She wants a headphone jack as well...

I have no idea what kind of speakers are out there. The X-230's seem ok, but from what I've read, the headphone jacl won't adjust volume based on the primary knob.

Any suggestions for speakers?
 
I have the x230's and they work great, not bad for $30. If she has volume control on her keyboard, just use that.

She asked for some speakers...

As for the Victorias gift card? She has one for 50 bucks (given by a g-friend at work), she never used it...just sitting on the counter. Something about how she wants to lose weight. She's 155 at 5'7, I think she mentioned wanting to lose 15 pounds...I personally don't care 🙂.

Yah. then you might want to avoid the gift card as it might be seen as you pushing her towards weight loss. Now, if what see needs is some motivation to lose the weight, then you might consider it.

no robe yet,but I filled a suitcase with goodies from their semi annual sale last weekend,my hubby got me a TON of stuff!

I love the BBW wallflowers more than anything there, plus, their candles are great too. I also have become addicted to their seasonal scents. 🙂

the warm candy apple scent is really nice,I scored a ton of the LÓccitane product line at 75% off, their lavender candles were $3.00 each, I was thrilled!

I tried that route...she didn't want any "girly crap". She's got a pile of BBY stuff sitting in the closet.

Trust me, she wants the game. I think the only thing that I could buy her, that she really wants, is shoes...and that's a little personal. Can't buy a woman shoes, she needs to do that herself. It would be like a wife trying to pick out powertools for her husband.

As I said, the girl likes her games. We play WC3 together, Marvel Ultimate Alliance...and COD3. I got lucky on this one.
