Birthday Chart: Another question

Alright, I don't know if I'm actually going to put the time into do such a thing...But if the whim hits me, I'd like to know how...

The chart is coming along nicely, and I had the idea of linking everyone's names so that when you click on them it'll pull up the Profile on that person.

So anybody know how to the work the link url remotely, since profile links are javascript?
