Well, we have to watch the game and what we should do is try and find a nice large restaurant/bar place and watch it there....if not, we use here as a backup! Unfortunately, I don't know places like that around here...does anyone else?

The reason a restaurant/sports bar may not work is cause I'm guessing they'll be packed very tight! Our apartment isn't huge, but our main living room is big enough to accomodate a good number of people. Screen is 27" but we have nice surround sound to hear the game :)

Perhaps we should wait and see what time the damn game is on and decide plans based on that? When will we know?

Is there a "Damon's" in B'ham? I had one of those in my hometown....it had like 4 projections screens (huge 72" ones on the walls). Just a thought. It would allow everyone to watch all the games...plus they have a decent bar and pretty good steaks.

That's kinda cuttin it tight.
Why don't we try to come up with a "game on" location and "game off" location, just so we're covered.
Then when the game schedule is announced, MrsSkoorb can put whichever one in the first post.

I have emailed the Auburn Football Administration and asked when the kick-off time would be announced. I also asked if there was an estimated time of kick-off. I'll let you guys know what they say. :)

We're less than two weeks away...let's try to pull together a couple of likely places to have this meet:

How about...?

The Mill (only if game isn't on...no TV there maybe?)
Wings Sports Grille (hah...as if, during an Alabama-Auburn game)
Pizza Slut (which location tho?)
Outback Steakhouse (Hoover location?)
Superior Grill (bit on the $$$ side, but not too bad)

Don't flame me too bad if any of these choices svck...I don't live in B'ham :)

There is one in Hoover by the Galleria. They have a TV there but it's not a great big one.
