Bird of Prey Catches a Deer

Wow. That's a big freakin bird.

Is that deer even old enough to be hunted though? I thought there were limits on the size/age of deer.... <shrug>

I think the guy found a loophole; That's nature at work, not man hunting. That is if the bird is domesticated.

err its still a form of hunting. Falconry has been used for centuries.

not sure of the laws (that deer was young). but it is a form of hunting.
 
That's pretty crazy. I'm surprised the bird wouldn't be hurt by such things. It looks like the bird hit the ground pretty hard when it was flipped around.
