there something i can carry around in my car that removes tree sap, bird crap, and other stuff off without removing the wax?

for bird crap get some kinda quick detailer, like meguiar's quick detailer (ha ha)

you coudl do like a 40/60 vingear/water solution too
 
I use a chapstick (normally for your lips) when I get sap on my fingers.
My dad carries one around in his pocket just for that purpose, he never uses it on his lips.

Might work for a car to. No idea on the bird crap.
