a few months ago they foiled a plot by terrorists with ricin up in france or britain. now its on our home soil. the anthrax attack two years ago cost like half a billion to clean up due to contamination at a price of $200 million per facility/building.

no connection to terrorism was apparent
what type of criminal uses ricin without demanding money? terrorists
and what average trucker has spare ricin on hand

no wonder CPHD is up 10% in the aftermarket, makes me wish i hadn't sold it below $4.50

Would it still be considered terrorism if it was done by some home grown, corn fed white boy trying to extort money, or is it only terrorism if the guys name ends up being Abdul?

It will be considered terrorism, without doubt.

I'd bet a years worth of salary that Ashcroft will label whoever is suspected/accused of doing it as a terrorist and will charge them like one too - as it should be.

Lets hope they can wrap this one up quickly.
It still really bothers me that the people behind the anthrax attacks haven't been found. You really hope that the procedures to safely monitor stores of WMDs would be too tight to allow someone to take some and send it to people. The fact that not only could he/ she do it, but do it in such a way that no one could trace it is just disturbing.
