I managed to overclock my P-D 805 to 2.85 GHz (not much really). Everytime I go to about 145 FSB, the motherboard reboots. Before the reboot, I get a memory error (something like referencing a memory address that is wrong or doesn't exist). I've DDR PC3200 (400MHz). The problem is probably the memory is also running much faster at about 420MHz. Is there a way I can raise the FSB without rasing DRAM speed, or I just need faster memory? The PCI and AGP buses remain unchanged (66MHz and 33MHz).
The BIOS doesn't have an option to separate the two (FSB and DRAM speed). So any increase in the FSB also increases the DRAM speed directly. The clock generator is ICS953002.
