Biostar M7NCD Pro problems...

hi i just installed my mobo today and the fist thing that poped up was the bootblock problem. i went to their website and got this

1.Make a bootable floppy disk.
2.Download the Flash Utility, AWDFLASH.exe from the Biostar website.
3.Ensure your Motherboard Model and download the respectively BIOS from Biostar website.
4.Insert the bootable disk into floppy drive and press Enter key.
5.System will boot-up to DOS prompt.
6.Type Awdflash xxxx.bf /sn/py/r in DOS prompt.
7.System will update the BIOS automatically and restart.
8.The BIOS has been recovered and will work properly.

did all of that but a diff. screen pops up after #6 and it doesn't flash the bios and now im stuck =/
 
What screen DOES pop up after #6?

Also, what CPU are you using and what's the board's FSB set to? I've had Biostar boards go to Boot Block when the CPU's FSB is unintentially overclocked.
