If anyone has read this article, then you may be interested in pulling another Celeron 300A.
But you need a NF250 board to clock the frequency and devices separately.
The K8NHA Grand for $82 seems to fit the bill for a cheap combo, but does anyone have experience with the BIOS? Does it have decent options available for voltage, memory divder, etc?
It sucks because I built a combo using this board, but the guy is MIA and I can't take a peek at the BIOS.
