Biostar iDEQ 210V SFF & Athlon XP-Mobile

I just built this computer and I am trying to use a mobile 2400+ but the computer is only showing a multiplier of 6x and as a result only 800mhz CPU speed. I updated the BIOS, is it possible that it just doesnt support mobile CPUs?

Would that board have a jumper you have to manually select between 100, 133, 266, 400 FSB speeds?
