I have a problem with my sff system. The power supply starts up and then shuts off after 3 seconds. This is a brand new system. New hard drive, memory, dvd drive, and sff barebone. I find it only stays on when the cpu is taken out. It does power everything in the system cuz my dvd burner was on and I hear the hard drive click once in a while. Does this mean the cpu is bad or the motherboard is bad?
