I have a motherboard that wont start or beep could it be the bios if so how much will this cost to replace?

Process of elimination

Does your CPU work in another board?
Same for ram
Try another P.S. and video card?

If you don't have acess to another system/parts, call around to the small comp. shops in your town and see which one would do a little swapping for a reasonable price.

Test your components on other systems in following sequence: power supply, CPU, rams, MB.

Flashed the bios on my new board works great. thanks to everyone i got it up and working with my radeon all in wonder
