BIOS won't boot! Need help!

So I just bought my parts for my pc and when we go to start it there are 4 long beeps and 1 short beep or 5 long beeps then reboots but nothing happens it just runs.
Part List:
Gigabyte H170N- Wifi
GTX 750 TI
Intel i3 6100
Hyperx Fury 8gb 2133 (1 stick)
Silver stone SFX 300W
Intel cooler that came with cpu

I think I might need 2 sticks of ram but I'm not sure.

Gigabyte has a page with beep code definitions. These should be included in all MB manuals IMO:

4 short beeps is Real Time Clock malfunction (long beeps isn't a code). You might want to buy a replacement battery rather than going through an RMA process with Gigabyte.
1 short beep is normal
5 short beep :CPU error, make sure the CPU fan is connected to the CPU fan header. This code could also occur if the BIOS the board comes with doesn't the CPU you are using. However the 6100 is supported from the first release BIOS, so hopefully it's just the fan connector or a bad CMOS battery.

Either one of the parts are faulty or something is not corrected right or compatible.

I already returned the mobo and received a new one and we tested all the other parts in a friends pc and it all worked but I'm still having the same issue with the new mobo.
