BIOS upgrade

i have ordered an Abit NF7-S board ver 2.0.wat i want to know is to do the BIOS upgrade do i need to do only the latest verion or all the versions which have been released after my BIOS version?

You only have to install the latest BIOS, since it will contain all fixes from earlier BIOS revisions.
