I was thinking of puchasing this board from Comp Geeks

but the problem is that it is an Oem board for Toshiba .

Its socket 370 PIII board just like i was looking for ...

-Has an intel 815 chipset
-Award Bios

So please anyone and everyone please give me a hand to find a bios flash for this . I dont want to see toshiba when i boot up my computer
 
Do you realize that the I/O ports on the back are non-standard and will not fit in a case using the standard backpanel?

Don't know about BIOS updates. GVC doesn't seem to have any mobo info on their website anymore.
