Bios update

I tried to create a bootable floppy of a bios update for the Bad Axe 2 mobo - for an upcoming build. There are some files left on my computer that I cannot delete. They are named as follows:

DISKIMG;
RAWRITE;
TDSK;
SW;
FINDRAMD; and
BX97520J.86A.2507.IB

Does anyone know why they are left and how to delete them? Also, is there a way to check and make sure the floppy has all the appropriate files on it?

Where did it leave them? On the desktop? When I did it, it just extracted the files it needed. Then after I flashed and rebooted into Windows I deleted what it had extracted.

It left them in the file I extracted them to on my current computer, as well s hopefully putting them on the floppy as well. The floppy is for a new build I'm starting next weekend.

I tried deleting the folder rather than the specific files in the foler, and that worked. Is there a way for me to check and make sure the floppy has all the appropriate files on it?

Here's the floppy file list I got :
ERR_LEV.BAT
FDXXMS.SYS
FINDRAMD.EXE
KERNEL.SYS
SW.EXE
TDSK.EXE

Is there suppose to be some .BIO file here also or is it intergrated into one of the
other files ?
