Question BIOS time lags after Cleaning NVRAM

I was playing with hackintosh installer and there were option to clean NVRAM i did it and now my bios time lags back by several hours every day.

i adjusted time 3 times or so and it still breaks in less than a day.

What can be a problem?

Your pc's cell is weak now, please replace it on time.

Wasn't a battery, i have replaced battery without turning off the PC, yet still same issue, only after i removed battery completely and power off for 10 minutes then problem fixed.
