Question Bios showing 65c CPU temp but windows cpu monitors show 30c, which is correct?

I just finished a build with i5-14500 and while the bios states 65c at idle, looking at 3 different cpu monitor tools (hwmonitor, hwinfo & cpuid) they all show around 30c--unless I look at the tjmax which is same as bios at 65c. Which should I go by?

65C idle is not possible unless something is very wrong with the cooling setup

30C is very likely for idle temp value

Well, the BIOS should be most accurate as that's the most basic temp monitor.

Use hwmonitor in windows though as the BIOS either needs an update or your mounting needs to be checked for paste gaps/pressure
