Bios settings's tweak

I would like to make sure that I have the bios set to the best settings ...but the book is really kinda vague in many areas.
Any info, personalwise ... or a site that anyone would like to share.

I have the MSI Pro 2/Duron 650@848/FOP32/128 Mg. PC133 Micron.
