When i get into windows my multiplier and core voltage is back to default but the bus is still high making for a unstable overclock

I have had this machine overclocked for a while and wanted to use cool and quiet (which wouldnt work with my processor overclocked) so i put it back to default now i can't go back to my OC

I want my settings to be a modest overclock 240 x 10 with a memory divider taking my ram to 400mhz .... but stupid bios will not keep settings what do i do?

Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh this sucks ...

could that be the problem though.... since it is keeping the bus setting and the memory divider....

duh. sorry. that was a stupid response then. i should read more. did you disable all the settings that AMD uses that are similar to Intel's EIST and C1E. I can't remember what AMD uses.

i fixed it ... i changed a few power settings one including cool and quiet and that fixed the problem ... i know my processor wouldnt work with cool and quiet but it used to work with in inabled in the bios and the driver NOT installed

oh well im happy again 🙂 at 2.4ghz only 200 mhz increase but its not nice no volt bump or anything ... maybe i will goto 2.5 i know it will go there pretty easy too
