I know there's a list somewhere of how all the BIOS settings like fastwrite, chacheing, etc.. should be enabled/disabled

Can someone help me here?

You MIGHT gain some benefit by enabling fast-writes and by setting the AGP aperture size from 64 MB to 128 MB. These settings, however, depend on your system specs. More benefit is gained by using a tweaker program (i.e. NVMax) and turning off things like Vsync, etc.

To get the most out of your BIOS, just go through and try each setting out individually and see which one gives you more performance. It is time consuming, but if you're serious about getting every little bit of performance out of your system, it is the only way to do it.
