i set the multiplier factor on my new AMD t-bird to 10, and fsb to 105/33 mhz. For some odd reason when the computer boots it reads the multiplier factor as 8 instead of 10 slowing down the processor. I tried kicking it up to 11, and when i do it reads the multiplier as 11. So now it runs too fast and crashes. This is a sudden thing and has not happened before.
Why wont it read the multiplier factor as 10 ?!?!
