I have an ECS K7S5A with a 1.0Ghz Duron. What do i set the cpu/dram frequency under bios? Do I set it for 100/100 since the duron is only 200fsb? Or do I set it at 133/133 because the MB is 266fsb? Would it be overclocking to set it at 133/133? Please Help Me.

You would want it set to 100/100 for the Duron. Yes, 133/133 would be overclocking and most likely not boot. Then you would need to clear the CMOS and start again.
What RAM are you using with this?

You could try to set it at 100/133 also, to take into account the RAM. Some BIOS versions had trouble running in this asynchronous mode though. You might want to check the FAQ's for that board on the OC Workbench ECS Forum. You will find more info on the BIOS versions, etc. Excellent source of knowledge for that board also.

You might want to overclock it to 1100 or 1250Mhz (133Mhz FSB most prolly won't work)

You can download the latest "hacked" BIOS (OC BIOS) from the ocworkbench.com that shows more FSB options than those that appear in the official BIOS. For me 110 and 124 work well. I ran 3dmark2001SE without any problems on the 110 settings, but 3dmark2001SE crashed the PC on 124Mhz. (I am using old PC100 64M+64M)
