My computer has the following hardware:

Chieftek entry level server case
Antec 430W Power Supply TRUE430 ATX Form Factor, ATX12V compliant for Pentium 4 (backward compatible with previous Pentium versions) and AMD systems
5 fans Panaflo FBA08A12L

Intel: Pentium 4-1.8 GHz (Socket 478, Retail)
Pentium 4 Motherboard: ASUS P4S533
2*256MB PC2700 DDR

2*Seagate Barracuda IV 7200 40GB
2*NoVibes III
SoundBlaster Live! 5.1 OEM
leadtek GeForce4 Ti 4200 128mb
The basic rest: Floppy disk, speakers, monitors, ...

After turning that computer on, the BIOS checks every hardware. Well according to the BIOS, there is a problem in the hardware section. When I go there, here is what I read:

QFan - disable
MB Temp: 22.5C, 73F
CPU Temp: 29C, 84F
Power Temp: N/A
CPU fan speed: 2280-2296 rpm
Chassis fan speed: 2083 rpm
Power fan speed: about 1400 (appear in red)
VCore voltage: 1.56V
+3.3V Voltage: 3.26-3.28V
+5V Voltage: 4.97V
+12V Voltage: 11.96-14.03V

Even through I can't understand anything, the problem seems to be related to the PSU. Well a few days ago, I went to Antec itself and they say it was good (They checked the voltage). So I guessed maybe the BIOS is the problem. Therefore, I disable the Power fan speed and reboot. But then the BIOS let me of another problem. This time it is the CPU fan speed. Argggg.... I don't know what I am suppose to do. Help!!

Everything looks fine the minimum fan speed warning must be high. Don't know if that is adjustable.

I really don't see a problem here, since the system is working OK. Or not? It could be a wrong BIOS reading.
