Bios Misflash System not posting

Hi,
Just tried to update my bios because my 8500DV kept crashing and somehow flashed a wrong bin file. No the system does not post. It checks the cd drive and my speaker works. No beep code. AGP card fan works. Power system does not work when switched on. Tried to reset jumpers and also removed battery, but nothing worked. Is it possible to do a blind flash with a CD?

Specs:
Pentium 3GHZ
ECS 848P-A
ATI 8500DV
Kingston 2700 256DDR

Please any suggestions will be highly appreciated.
