Bios freezing up and memtest failures???

OK I have abit nf7-s i am about to rma, I have been having problem since first build, First everything was ok, Loaded windows then random lockups, ran stress test, everything fine, ran memtest and I had like 20000 errors. So I rma'd ram, the new ram is doing the same thing so I went and bought kingston value ram to test it. Same error. I am very rarely booting up, and when I boot up it locks up in about 2 mins. What is the probable cause I am suspecting board. Any suggestions. Oh I am using 400 watt ps that came with case, and I have tried my old pci video card, same problem.
 
replaced abit nf7-s with gigabyte pro2. Works like a champ. That will be the last abit I buy. Gigabyte comes with lots more documantation, and more cables. Its an alaround better looking board for my window case. I appreciate all the help in the past with my numerous problems on my first build. THANKS
